Decent and clean place with polite staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Exceptional setting, so close to the historic center of Guadalajara and a look for the historic center of Guadalajara. Also, near the Cathedral.

Positive, Great location near stores and restaurants. Clean, spacious room with great AC. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed a fantastic tequila tour. Water bottles provided daily.

It's a charming old great family run hotel with friendly and pretty friendly staff members. Also, the location is favourable and incredible, minutes from Nueve Esquinas. Every time in Guadalajara we stay in this property.

This hotel was almost satisfactory, if it weren't for the terrible noise from other guests and the dubious cleanliness. I expected complimentary gestures for my inconveniences but received none. The absence of a hairdryer was just the cherry on top of this miserable stay. You woudl think decent hotels would viably meet standard demands, but sadness abounds here.

The constant noise from the echo chamber courtyard was quite bothersome!!! The internet connection in the room was unreliable. The lack of a safe feels careless in such a location!!!

From skeptic to believer

The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main square. And air conditioning worked wonderfully in my spacious room.

I faced issues with the hot water. It came out brown and dirty on two occasions.

We had a large, clean room, perfect for our family of five, comfortably accommodating us all. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from the main square. The tequila tour we booked through the hotel was a hit with the kids and offered a great experience.

In my wife's opinion, noise from the courtyard was bothersome at times. Better soundproofing would really help families enjoy their stay.
